Crete-Cut Product Limited Warranty

Crete-Cut Equipment LLC warrantees all its manufactured equipment against defect in workmanship or material for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Crete-Cut Equipment LLC obligation under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of defective parts at its place of business in Casselberry, Florida or at a facility designated by Crete-Cut Equipment LLC.

This warranty does not cover any products that are determined to be (after inspection by Crete-Cut Equipment LLC) abused, not maintained or repaired, used improperly, altered or otherwise damaged. Further, this warranty does not apply to our equipment repaired by others without our prior written approval.

Crete-Cut Equipment LLC under this warranty is not liable for any event that consequential or incidental losses or damages arise from failure of equipment to operate properly.

Integral parts or components such as engines, tires and hydraulic motors etc., are not covered under this warranty and are subject to the original warranty of the appropriate manufacturer for the component in question.
